Race Recap
For the first stand-alone event this season, the NASCAR
Nationwide Series was at Nashville Superspeedway for the Pepsi
300. Cale Gale jumped behind the wheel of the No. 33 Camping
World Chevrolet for the first of 11 races. Gale started from the
13th position and spent most of the day in the top-10. With a
strong car and solid laps, Gale crossed the finish line in the
8th-place. For the second time this season, Gale was the top
finishing rookie of the race. The No. 33 KHI Chevrolet continues
to lead the Owner's Point Standings. The Nationwide Series has
next weekend off and returns to action in two weeks at Texas
Motor Speedway with Kevin Harvick behind the wheel of the No. 33
KHI Chevrolet.

Cale snared the 13th
starting spot for the Pepsi 300 with a fastest qualifying lap
time of 29.807 seconds (160.996 mph).

First Practice Update
Friday, March 21 - 4:30 pm ET
The NASCAR Nationwide Series took to the track for
the first practice session on Friday to prepare for Saturdays
Pepsi 300 at Nashville Superspeedway. Cale Gale jumped behind
the wheel for the first of 11 races in the No. 33 Camping
World Chevrolet. With a tight handling car, the team continued
to make adjustments throughout practice, rounding out the
first practice 16th with a lap time of 30.262 (158.575 mph).
Final Practice is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. (5:30 p.m. ET).

Friday, March 21 - 6:45 pm ET
Cale Gale and the No. 33 Camping World team
posted the eighth fastest lap during final practice with a lap
time of 29.941 (160.275 mph). As the team made adjustments to
help with the car, Gale was happy with the handling and excited
to take to the track on Saturday for the Pepsi 300. Qualifying
is scheduled for Saturday morning at 10:05 (11:05 ET) with Gale
scheduled to qualify second.

Pre-Race Report
In three
career Nationwide Series starts, Cale Gale has recorded two
starts for KHI and one start for Phoenix Racing. His best start
was 10th in 2006, and his best finish was 20th in 2006. He has
completed 650 of 675 attempted laps.
