Teams
With momentum from their most successful season to date, the No. 33 Kevin Harvick Inc. Nationwide Series team enters 2010 poised for another great season. In 2009, the team earned two wins, including team co-owner Kevin Harvick’s first win in a KHI-owned car, 17 top-five and 25 top-10 finishes and a career best fourth in the Nationwide Series Owner’s Point standings. Since its full-time debut in 2005, KHI’s No. 33 Nationwide series car has yet to finish outside of the top 10 in Owner’s Point standings. In its very first race that season, driver Tony Stewart steered the team to victory lane in the season-opener at Daytona International Speedway. This set the pace for the No. 33 car. It finished that year with five top-five and 13 top-10 finishes. In 2006, the team defended its season-opening victory at Daytona to earn one win, five top-five and 13 top-10 finishes. The trend continued in 2007 with four top-five and12 top-10 finishes to end the season sixth in points. The 2008 season was another strong year as the No. 33 team captured 15 top-10 finishes with 10 of those in the top five.
